Role Overview
The Virtual Assistant will play a key role in supporting our management and marketing teams by handling administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and assisting with day-to-day operational projects. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving online business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to emails, messages, and general inquiries.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
- Perform data entry, maintain internal records, and update spreadsheets or databases.
- Support marketing and operational activities, such as preparing reports, organizing materials, and publishing or updating content.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, tools, and performance marketing topics.
- Help organize workflows, track tasks, and support internal team processes.
- Handle other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with online tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and task management apps.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Good understanding of digital marketing topics, especially performance marketing, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and e-commerce-related workflows.
- Reliable internet connection and home-office setup.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with social media tools and content publishing workflows.
- Basic knowledge of reporting, spreadsheets, or marketing research.
- Experience working with remote teams and asynchronous communication.
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS.
