Job Description: As a Remote Customs Declarant, you will be responsible for completing UK and EU customs declarations while providing exceptional customer service. Your duties will include:

• Completing customs declarations accurately and efficiently.
• Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Utilizing excellent English language skills for effective communication.
• Demonstrating proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
• Solving problems efficiently and proactively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in customs regulations and procedures.

Requirements:

• Perfect English language skills (spoken and written).
• Fast and reliable internet connection.
• Ideally, knowledge of UK and EU customs regulations.
• Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Working station with at least 2 large monitors.
