We offer the industry’s only platform that fuses customer identity and anti-fraud solutions – customer identity management, identity verification, and fraud prevention. We sell to industries with large, consumer-facing businesses such as: banking, financial services, insurance, fintech, gaming, ecommerce/retail, telco / media, utilities, etc.

Role Summary:

As the Director of Revenue Operations at Transmit Security, you will play a pivotal role in propelling our sales organization forward. Your responsibilities will span from strategic collaboration with leadership to hands-on operational tasks, all centered around boosting sales productivity and furnishing sales leadership with critical business insights.

Sales Analytics & Insights

  • Provide sales leadership with actionable intelligence by managing revenue forecasts, pipeline analysis, and sales effectiveness metrics.
  • Create a robust reporting system to track GTM KPIs to facilitate strategic adjustments, performance management, and other decision making as needed.
  • Become an active participant in the annual planning process, supporting Sales Management in setting sales quota/incentives as well as budgets for Sales and Marketing.

Processes:

  • Standardize opportunity management practices (e.g. Sales process playbook) across global sales territories, evaluate the need to introduce formal sales methodology.
  • Establish framework, templates, standard meeting cadence and action item follow up for account and deal planning within the region, globally, as well as Exec leadership reviews.
  • Collect Sales forecasts, quarterly business reviews, product roadmap updates, etc. This requires templates, action item follow up as well identifying alignment to KPIs.
  • Ensure compensation plan and associated documentation aligns to business objectives – deliver presentation to Sales to properly set expectations. Oversee the accurate and timely processing of commissions and the distribution of statements.
  • Oversee the deal desk function and our pricing strategy to ensure the team is following best practices to maximize revenue and minimize churn.

Enablement:

  • Work with Sales Enablement team to create a robust onboarding program for new hires on processes.
  • Develop, document and deliver continuous enablement to Sales on key items while maintaining material on Intranet to support self-service where possible.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10-15 years of Revenue Operations managerial experience in in a global technology company focused on selling to large enterprise companies.
  • Demonstrated experience leading change management from startup mentality to one with well-defined process and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
