Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, and/or Agile Coach
Diverse knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies, techniques, and artifacts (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with infrastructure delivery and operations (connectivity & networking technologies preferred)
Ability to tailor execution approach and methodology or framework used (e.g. Agile, Lean, DevOps, etc.) to the business need and coach the team to enable the delivery model
Ability to form squads with appropriate skills and capabilities to deliver business value
Experience in work with virtual/dispersed project/service team
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Outstanding organizational skills
Jira, ServiceNow, and Lucid suite experience is a plus
Must have: – Scrum Master CERTIFICATIONS: PSMI, PSM II, PSM III, AGILE PM, at least one scaled certification (SAFe 4, LeSS Practitioner)
