Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and committed to providing exceptional customer service
  • Familiarity with software, hardware, and basic networking principles
  • Proficient in using various computer systems and applications
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
