Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Irish-speaking clients through various platforms including phone, email, and chat.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve key performance indicators and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback and insights on customer trends to management for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to developing and refining customer service processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluent in Irish (native level) and proficient in English.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new cultural experience.
