Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to Norwegian-speaking clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner with empathy and a positive attitude.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order management.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian, both spoken and written, is essential.
- Strong command of English is preferable for internal communication.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a remote team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
