Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to Norwegian-speaking clients.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner with empathy and a positive attitude.
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order management.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian, both spoken and written, is essential.
• Strong command of English is preferable for internal communication.
