Position: Growth Marketer

Work Hours: AEST M-F 9am-5pm

Pay Range: $900-1700/month

About the Role:

We are hiring for a savvy Growth Marketer / Writer who is creative, extremely good at writing and is able to understand the nuances of our specific industry niche – which is mobility and flexibility training.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media accounts specifically YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
• Run video scripts into our AI tool in order to generate audio narration, and then edit that audio narration as necessary, using Audacity or other audio editing software
• Work with the video editor to improve our videos in order to increase video watch time
• Repurpose video script content into emails and blog posts
• Write and edit scripts for video creation regarding mobility/health niche(longform and short form content)

Requirements

• 2-3+ Experience growing YouTube, tik tok, and Instagram accounts
• Very strong writing skills for writing scripts for videos and sending that to the video producer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have high autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, outside of the box
• Good understanding of Western Culture
• Be able to catch on quite quickly on the ins and outs of mobility training
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
