Job Description:

We are looking for a Full Stack Technology leader with strong Data & Analytics skills who will enhance, support & manage robust enterprise technology solutions, resolve critical production/client issues/escalations and drive client satisfaction scores for the company.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering.
• At least 12+ years of industry experience in UI and API development , Secure Application design & development, Data Design & Analytics .
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Technical Leader with a focus on both front-end and back-end technologies & Data intensive applications
• Demonstrated tech lead experience, with the ability to lead design, estimations & technical execution.
• Strong AWS/Cloud experience & Expertise in Data services/Data lakes and good experience in AWS Services .
• Database design and Programming experience with various RDBMS, such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.
• Expertise in data management fundamentals and data storage principles.
• Demonstrated strength in data modelling, ETL development, and data warehousing/ Data lakes.
• Key Responsibilities
• Strong experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.
• Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack solutions that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate & work with cross functional teams across time zones to drive key results.
• Evaluate and implement best practices and emerging technologies to optimize the development process and enhance product performance.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct regular code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, scalability, and maintainability.
• Oversee the integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex client/technical issues, provide effective and timely solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, incorporating relevant technologies into the development process.
• Desirable skills:
  US Healthcare domain knowledge.
• Experience in CI/CD, AWS – Code Build, Code Deploy, Code Pipeline , CloudFormation .
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development best practices
• Good experience in Java , Python , Microservices, Rest API, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift/Snowflake, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CI/CD and AWS .
