As a Product Experience and User Experience Tester, you will be responsible for testing the usability and user satisfaction of the exchange platform, identifying issues, and providing actionable feedback to the product and development teams.

Requirements

• Conduct comprehensive product testing, thoroughly documenting test results and reporting issues.
• Identify and analyze user experience problems, offering optimization suggestions.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to drive resolution and enhance user experience.
• Analyze user behavior data and propose product improvement plans.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 3+ years of experience in product or product operations.
• Familiar with the digital currency industry and the product features of major exchanges.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail, capable of independently completing testing tasks.
• Experience in payment companies is a plus.
• Language: Proficient in English; additional languages such as Chinese or Spanish are a plus.
