Job Description

We are looking for experienced Windows Engineer, who will act as an expert for Virtual Microsoft Windows 11 clients and SCCM. Our new colleague should help us by recommending new approaches to integrate the process of server automation and bring new ideas to the team.

Additional responsibilities may include managing production, development, and QA cloud infrastructures, troubleshooting issues at any level, looking for opportunities to increase efficiency and improve performance by applying DevOps approaches to your everyday work.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Plan, build & run a virtual Client-Infrastructure
  • Manage virtual Windows 11 Clients
  • Be Responsible for the Software Rollout
  • Manage Customer Feature Requests E2E
  • Incident, Problem and Change Management
  • Be integrated in a German Team
  • Be Counterpart to one German Colleague

Requirements

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Have knowledge about Software packaging by using Microsoft SCCM

  • Understand Microsoft Server / Services like:
    • ActiveDirectory
    • WSUS
    • License-Service
    • Name-Service
    • Time-Service

  • Are an Expert in Microsoft Windows 11
  • Have additional Skills:
    • PowerShell
    • GitLab
    • Jira
    • Sensitivity to security

  • Are able to communicate in English language on upper intermediate level (B2)
  • German understanding and speaking is welcome but not necessary
  • Have soft skills needed for Windows/DevOps Engineer Position:
    • analytical thinking
    • team cooperation
    • if you are experienced communicator
    • basics of Agile and Scrum Methodology

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1650 € /brutto.
