Recruitment at Supabase

The hiring process at Supabase is conducted entirely remotely, utilizing email and Google Meet for communications and interviews. Each discussion, typically lasting between 20 to 45 minutes, is designed to be a two-way exchange—we encourage candidates to inquire as actively as we do.

  • Recruiter Interview: Engage with our recruiter to discuss your career path and aspirations. This conversation also serves as an opportunity to learn more about the role and our hiring practices.
  • Technical / Skill-based Interview: You will meet with the team lead to evaluate your technical abilities and problem-solving methods.
  • Another Technical / Skill-based Interview: This round might involve a department lead or a peer, focusing on a deeper exploration of your technical skills and alignment with role expectations.
  • Final Founders Interview: Our co-founders personally meet each prospective team member, offering insights into the values, mission, and vision of Supabase.
