021 Strategic helps Canada’s most innovative startups and scaleups access the full spectrum of non-dilutive funding, from SR&ED, tax credits, and government grants to growth loans and financing.
We’re a fast-growing team of entrepreneurs, engineers, and funding strategists who believe founders shouldn’t have to give up equity to build great companies. Our mission is simple: help innovators turn ideas into impact by unlocking the capital they already qualify for.
With strong inbound demand and a growing partner network, we’re expanding our presence in Alberta to capture the next wave of opportunity, particularly across agriculture, agri-tech, and the broader technology ecosystem.
We’re looking for a Calgary Growth Partner, a highly connected, consultative seller who thrives at the intersection of relationship-building, ecosystem development, and revenue generation.
This is a unique, market-facing role with a strong emphasis on in-person engagement in Calgary’s downtown core and across Alberta. You’ll embed yourself in the local ecosystem, building meaningful relationships with founders, CFOs, operators, and innovation leaders across the agriculture and technology sectors.
You’ll balance inbound opportunity management with proactive outbound and community-driven business development, acting as both a trusted advisor and a key driver of regional growth.
This is a quota-carrying role, with success tied to both revenue performance and ecosystem influence.
- You consistently meet or exceed your revenue targets
- You build a strong, high-quality pipeline across Alberta’s agri-tech and tech ecosystems
- You become a trusted advisor to founders and operators, not just a salesperson
- You establish yourself as a key connector in Calgary, with deep relationships across industry, accelerators, and associations
- Opportunities move efficiently through the funnel with strong CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy
- Clients experience a seamless, high-touch transition from sales to service
- You contribute to a collaborative, high-performance sales culture
