Analog Design Engineering Intern m/f/d

• →Analog and mixed-signal IC topology modelling and development to satisfy design specification
• →Simulation and performance evaluation in spectre and mixed signal tool
• →Circuit review with design experts
• →Integration of your design in the full Power Management system

Minimum requirements:

• →Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with focus on integrated circuit design

• Solid understanding of transistor-level analog, embedded, and/or mixed-signal circuits 
• Preferably first experiences in design of switch-mode power converter 
• Familiarity with integrated circuit design environment and lab equipment 
• Good communication skills, ability to effectively collaborate within a team and with people in different functions
• High motivation and dedication, open minded, flexibility, ready to accept challenges
• Very good written and oral English skills
