Responsibilities

→Ensuring quality and integrity in executing work on the Mold equipment engineering process
→Overseeing the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
→Keeping current on equipment manufacturers' technical notices, upgrades and safety issues
→Studying equipment performance and reliability
→Establishing programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process
→Providing technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations
→Defining and writing preventative maintenance schedules

Requirements

Minimum Education (Bachelor's degree Electrical Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering,) Physics or related engineering degree
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment as an Equipment Engineer

Minimum 5 yrs working experience with Mold Asahi or Towa machines
Advance mold die tooling disassembly and assembly
Expertise on tooling design and modifications
Advance setup, maintenance and troubleshooting
Basic machine calibration knowledge
Use of handy panel and other calibration jigs
Basic equipment and process parameters understanding
Material to Machine integration know how’s

Nice to have - Intermediate knowledge on below machines
Nordson/Panasonic Plasma
Bake Oven
CSAM/Xray
