Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Maintain and optimize Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP) system performance to meet process requirements and maximize uptime.
- →Proactively monitor and analyze CMP equipment data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consistent process stability.
- →Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on AMAT and Ebara CMP tools, demonstrating a strong understanding of mechanical, Pneumatic and electrical systems.
- →Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, executing corrective maintenance and repairs - requiring **hands-on** expertise - to minimize unscheduled downtime and impact to production.
- →Assist in identifying and implementing equipment improvements and modifications to enhance process capability and yield, under the guidance of engineering.
- →Troubleshoot CMP process challenges related to uniformity, defectivity, and rate control, escalating complex issues as needed.
- →Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction projects, supporting a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
~1 min read- High School diploma/GED
- 18 years of age or older
- One of the following:
- 2 years of semiconductor experience as Technician OR
- 4 years of non-semiconductor/military Technician experience
- Ability to work 12 hour compressed work schedule
- Flexible to work day or night shift that will include one weekend shift and holidays
- Self-driven with ability to identify and resolve issues to improve equipment performance of CMP tools(Ebara and AMAT)
- Good troubleshooting skills on electrical/mechanical systems
- Excellent organizational, teaming and troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
- Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationship
