We are seeking an IT Support Analyst (Argentina or Brazil) 

What Challenges Await You?
  • Drive the resolution of support tasks and user-reported errors across their different categories.
  • Collaborate on the documentation of guides to diagnose and resolve support tasks and user-reported errors.
  • Act as a point of reference for the adoption of new technologies and the tracking of initiatives, providing mentorship to team members, reporting on progress status, and raising alerts regarding deviations.
  • Automate daily tasks to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of customer service processes.
  • Ensure the execution of Level 1 technical support activities, such as: application installation, equipment re-imaging/re-installation, fault verification, supply delivery, and user and role administration.
  • Ensure the execution of Level 2 technical support activities, such as: configuration of known applications, review of required permissions to perform tasks, monitoring of system performance and stability, and root cause analysis of failures.
  • Ensure the execution of Level 3 technical support activities, tracking support tasks and delegating execution to the Software Engineering and DevOps teams.
  • Ensure stock control and inventory maintenance of hardware used by users.
  • Ensure stock control and inventory maintenance of software licenses used by users.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience working in high-performance IT Support areas.
  • Advanced university or technical college studies in computer science, systems engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in technical support for Desktop MacOS, Windows, and Linux systems.
  • Experience in hardware troubleshooting for laptops, network setup, cloud infrastructure, among others.
  • Experience in software troubleshooting for telephony systems, accounting systems, administrative applications, among others.
  • Knowledge in the use of office software, including online documents and spreadsheets such as Google Workspace, Office 365, or similar.
  • Ability to provide mentorship to team members and lead technical support projects.
  • Experience in creating documentation and support processes for the technical support department.
  • Knowledge of programming languages for scripting: Bash, Python, or similar.
  • Strong orientation to customer service and teamwork.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
