Product Owner

Define the Customer Journey for a high-impact B2C application, including B2B integrations with third-party merchants.

Analyze new features and their integration into a highly complex service ecosystem.

Define product roadmaps that enable iterative and incremental releases.

Collaborate with stakeholders across business areas to align on features and product goals.

Ensure product requirements are clearly defined for seamless execution by the development team.

Anticipate and align product needs with the company’s strategic objectives (OKRs).

Collect and analyze metrics to propose data-backed product improvements.

Analyze issues reported by various business units to identify opportunities for enhancement.

Prioritize and adapt requirements to balance scope, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.

5+ years of experience working in Agile teams throughout the entire digital product lifecycle.

Data-driven mindset for product management, strategy definition, and decision-making.

Proficiency in analytics tools for defining, exploring, and analyzing key metrics.

Experience in Design Thinking and building comprehensive product roadmaps.

Self-motivated and autonomous with a strong results-oriented approach.

Expertise in task prioritization based on business value and alignment with long-term strategic vision.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.

Experience using ticketing and project management tools such as Jira, Redmine, Pivotal Tracker, Asana, or equivalent.

English and Portuguese proficiency (preferred, but not required).
