Join a team dedicated to supporting the health, financial well-being, and overall associates experience. You will play a key role in administering and improving our benefits programs, you'll help ensure our benefits programs run smoothly while partnering across the business to improve processes, educate associates, and enhance how associates engage with their benefits.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, FSA/HSA, voluntary benefits, and 401(k) retirement plans.
- →Manage benefits enrollment, qualifying life events, status changes, terminations, and eligibility administration through ADP.
- →Support annual open enrollment, associate education, and benefits communications.
- →Serve as a trusted resource for associates and leaders, delivering exceptional customer service and benefits support.
- →Partner with the Communications team to promote benefits programs and increase associate awareness and understanding.
- →Analyze benefits data, utilization trends, and associate feedback to identify issues and recommend improvements.
- →Conduct audits, reconciliations, and compliance activities to ensure accurate benefits administration.
- →Partner with vendors, Payroll, HR, and other stakeholders to resolve benefits-related issues.
- →Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the associate experience.
- →Monitor ACA eligibility requirements and complete benefits compliance initiatives, reporting, and documentation.
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration
- Direct experience with employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave administration, and voluntary benefits.
- Direct experience using HRIS systems (ADP), benefits administration software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to work 3–4 days per week onsite as part of our hybrid work model.

- You proactively identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve the associate experience.
- You're comfortable analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations.
