Distribution Center Associate (Customer Care)

• Shift: Monday-Friday 12pm-8:30pm
• Starting Base Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Please note that this role is ON-SITE in our Salt Lake Distribution Center

• →Resolve Customer Agents issues promptly.
• →Work on Customer requests involving expiration dates on lenses, lot numbers, adjusting shipments for customer needs, and processing Saturday deliveries.
• →Help process international orders needing extra documentation.
• →Fixing print problems and releasing held orders.
• →All around problem solving.
• →Help process customer orders by picking and verifying products.
• →Assist with warehouse projects including product relocation, labeling shelving, cleaning up cardboard, and replenishing workstations.

• High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
• Call Center experience is a plus.
• Self-starter, driven, motivated, proactive, and disciplined.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize at the same time.
• Be innovative and think on the fly.

It is anticipated this position will have a salary within the range listed below, depending on the candidate’s qualifications for the role.
