Product Manager

You’ll own and evolve ExpressExam, the leading online vision acuity product that has already helped millions of customers conveniently renew their contact lens prescriptions. This role sits at the intersection of product, healthcare, and compliance—giving you the opportunity to drive meaningful customer impact while navigating a highly regulated and complex environment.

• →Own and drive the ExpressExam product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, effort, and business needs
• →Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to gather input and deliver high-quality product enhancements
• →Use data (Adobe Analytics, session tools, customer feedback) to identify opportunities and improve conversion, yield, and customer satisfaction
• →Define clear product requirements, support QA processes, and ensure successful product releases
• →Manage and optimize the end-to-end exam experience, including pre-screen and yield optimization
• →Ensure ongoing compliance with legal, regulatory, and FDA requirements in partnership with Legal teams
• →Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure proper documentation and audit readiness
• →Own product-related issue resolution, coordinating across teams to address customer, doctor, and operational concerns

• 5+ years of product management experience building consumer-facing web or mobile applications, preferably in eCommerce
• Experience working in regulated or complex environments with compliance considerations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and prioritize work
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
• Strong writing and documentation skills with high attention to detail
• Experience with product tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
• Proven ability to balance speed, quality, and compliance in execution

• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, insurance, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with FDA regulations, compliance frameworks, or quality systems
• Experience building or improving Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Strong product intuition with a track record of improving conversion and customer experience
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing across teams in complex environments
