The Finance Team is a diverse group of skilled individuals who are passionate about accounting and operations. We work both within our finance function, as well as across different departments within the organization to ensure the preparation of our financial statements are ultimately presented fairly, are materially correct and that processes behind building the financial statements are operating in an efficient manner.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada. This position will be for 4 months - September to December 2026.

• Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and other compliance needs

• Collaborate with team members on special accounting projects as needed, which may include working with our Chief Accounting Office and FP&A team directly to research technical accounting matters and prepare budget analysis

• Support other ad hoc projects from various internal teams

• Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion.

• Intermediate skills in Excel and Google Sheets

On the Finance team, we’re using AI to drive productivity, scale insight, and deliver better decision-making across 1Password. AI helps us move faster and sharpen our thinking, from summarizing context and pressure-testing assumptions to turning complex inputs into clear executive-level narratives.
