As a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer, you'll join a team of 4-7 engineers focused on building and maintaining the infrastructure platform that supports 1Password. We run on AWS and are deeply invested in Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and observability-first engineering. Our team values automation over manual processes, collaboration over silos, and pragmatic solutions over perfect architecture. You'll work collaboratively to establish and refine the infrastructure platform, dedicated to providing reliable and scalable solutions.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

• GitOps experience with FluxCD and Kustomize

• Service mesh experience (Istio, Linkerd, Consul)

• Cost optimization experience in cloud environments

• Open source contributions to infrastructure tooling

• Experience with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and policy as code (Kyverno)
