Derive and manage safety requirements across the system architecture

Develop and contribute technically towards safety cases and assurance arguments
Partner cross‑functionally to influence architecture and design decisions
Support operational safety and continuous risk reassessment throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements

Proven cross‑functional technical leadership

Demonstrated application of robotics and autonomy safety standards (e.g. IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 12100, ISO 15066)
Background in simulation, fault injection, and system‑level validation
Knowledge of human injury biomechanics and human‑robot interaction (HRI) safety
Experience supporting external audits, certification reviews, or safety assessments
