In this exciting role, you'll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Intel products to meet their unique needs. You'll be the go-to person for customers seeking information on Intel’s products, ensuring they have an interactive, informative, and successful shopping experience. All technology training is fully provided by our team.

- Build strong relationships and rapport with Best Buy customers and personnel
- Provide training to store associates on various Intel products and technologies
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend appropriate Intel computer products and services
- Proactively engage customers throughout the sales process, from greeting and discovering their needs to closing the sale; utilizing Best Buy POS to transact non-cash sales
- Track and increase Intel Retail Edge sign-up and engagement
- Complete same-day online reports to document visits, including providing feedback and observations, and submitting customer and store photos
- Maintain business communication with the Regional Manager via occasional phone calls, Teams meetings, and/or emails
- Consistent Weekend Visits: The schedule is primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts
- Additional work shifts may also be required (e.g., Holiday Selling Days)
Requirements
~2 min read- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred
- An interest in PC and Gaming products is a plus
- Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential
- Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer and retail partner expectations
- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- I am available to work weekends, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Own a smartphone
- Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation (Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions).
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits at assigned stores within your area
