Are you a skilled grant writer with a passion for nonprofit work and a talent for storytelling, organization, and strategy? 211 Palm Beach Treasure Coast is seeking a Grants Manager to join our dynamic team and help secure vital funding that drives our mission forward.
In this key role, you'll lead the full lifecycle of our grant efforts-from research to writing and reporting. You'll work closely with program and finance teams to ensure timely submissions, impactful reporting, and ongoing compliance, all while building strong relationships with funders and stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Develop deep knowledge of our agency's mission, programs, and funding priorities.
- Research and track potential funding opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government sources.
- Manage the annual grants calendar to ensure timely submissions of letters of inquiry, proposals, and reports.
- Draft compelling and tailored grant proposals, letters, and supporting documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to collect performance data, budgets, and other reporting materials.
- Prepare timely, accurate, and persuasive grant reports to demonstrate impact and maintain compliance.
- Analyze grant performance to inform future strategy and maximize funding outcomes.
- Maintain accurate grant records in our grant management system.
- Provide performance data for public reports and presentations to ensure consistent messaging.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with funders and key stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of grant writing/management experience (nonprofit setting preferred), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- High attention to detail, especially when working with financial data and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with donor databases or grant tracking tools.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and partners.

Our mission is to save lives through crisis intervention and by connecting people to essential health, mental health, and wellness services 24 hours a day, every day.
