Job Summary
2Circle Inc., Program Integration Department seeks an experienced and mission‑focused Spartan for a Vice President role to lead a division, drive operational performance, and strengthen company-wide strategic execution. This senior leadership role oversees people, contracts, and financial management while championing our culture, values, and cross‑organizational collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
People Leadership & Development
- Lead multiple groups and provide vision, direction, and accountability.
- Foster a culture of leadership, respect, and credibility across the division.
- Proven ability to influence organizational outcomes beyond direct areas of responsibility.
- Mentor and develop emerging leaders to support long-term organizational growth.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration across departments and functional areas.
- Must have at least one year with the company and an established direct‑labor role to assume expanded VP responsibilities.
Contract Management
- Oversee contract performance and ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all contract requirements and company processes.
- Support reporting, financial reviews, and operational accountability for contract.
- Manage and track employee travel requirements, ensuring accurate entry, monitoring, and documentation in accordance with contract standards and travel‑approval workflows (e.g., travel tracker updates, approval documentation, and coordination timelines)
- Coordinate directly with the Prime contractor on travel requests, approvals, changes, and documentation, ensuring timely communication and alignment with Prime/COR expectations and contract-specific procedures.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, contractual, financial, and personnel risks.
Financial Management
- Lead division-level budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor and analyze data, revenue, costs, labor allocations, and profitability.
- Make fiscally responsible decisions that support company culture and growth.
- Contribute to annual and long-term financial planning for the division and the company.
- Make informed decisions based on financial, operational, and business performance data.
Strategic Leadership
- Maintain a deep understanding of overall company execution, including direct and indirect labor and cross‑department priorities.
- Anticipate organizational needs and proactively develop solutions that support company objectives.
- Provide strategic insight to senior leadership and influence company‑wide decision‑making.
- Support unity across departments and protect the company’s culture and brand.
- Must have strategic planning experience or have served as a team member on a strategic initiative.

Qualifications
- Residence within the Continental United States is required to support operational and customer engagement needs (West Coast Preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Organizational Leadership, Management, Public Administration, or a related field, with progressively responsible leadership experience.
- Master's degree in a related field and/or equivalent executive-level leadership experience preferred.
- Advanced leadership training, executive education, military professional education, or equivalent strategic leadership experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial management, organizational leadership, and operational oversight.
