The Associate Product Manager is a member of the Core Product Management team, responsible for driving overall game success across the BioShock franchise. This role contributes to both future product development and post-launch and competitive analysis.

The Associate Product Manager analyzes game performance, player behavior, and business metrics to generate actionable insights. You will partner with other Product Managers and cross-functional teams to inform feature development, roadmap planning, and prioritization. Your work will help identify opportunities to improve player engagement, retention, and overall product performance.

You will support the day-to-day business working closely with a Senior Product Manager, by monitoring live game health, evaluating the impact of updates, and translating data and research into clear recommendations that influence in-game features and content.

Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate across design, production, analytics, marketing, and operations. You will play a key role in ensuring product decisions are data-informed and aligned with delivering engaging player experiences.

The ideal candidate for this role is deeply committed to delivering exceptional player experiences with a relentless focus on quality. You ground your thinking in player empathy, using data and research to uncover meaningful insights. You seek the ‘WHY’ before finding the ‘HOW’. You thrive in cross-functional environments, partnering across disciplines to solve complex challenges and create lasting value for both our players and the business.

  • Ability to collaborate across organizations and balance business priorities, customer perspective, resource capacity, and stakeholder needs. Proven track record of working in highly cross-functional environments.

  • Passion for games, with an interest in game design, player motivations, and the broader AAA landscape. Demonstrates a player-first mindset while understanding business objectives.

  • Highly organized, collaborative, and proactive, with a solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

  • Focused on hands-on, tactical execution, with the ability to translate product direction into well-executed deliverables and outcomes.

  • Strong project management skills with 2+ years of experience in product management, product development, game design, or related fields.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly structure and communicate insights to a range of audiences.

  • Self-starter who operates effectively in a fast-paced environment, proactively aligning on priorities and seeking guidance to ensure on time delivery.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with narrative-driven, first-person action/adventure games, particularly immersive sims.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to ensuring that qualified individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform their essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us if you need reasonable accommodation.
