We are looking for a high-energy, strategic recruiter to join our Field Sales Recruiting Team and help scale our sales organization across multiple markets.
This role goes beyond traditional recruiting. As a Field Sales TA Partner, you will work closely with sales leadership, spend time in the field, and develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-performing sales professionals.
You will play a key role in building sustainable talent pipelines, improving hiring outcomes, and supporting significant growth.
