Job Summary

Are you a creative problem solver with a passion for designing exceptional user experiences? Join our team as a Product Designer and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually stunning and user-friendly designs!

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze findings to guide design decisions.
• Interaction Design: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile apps. Ensure designs are user-centered and aligned with business goals.
• Visual Design: Create and maintain design systems, including style guides and UI components. Ensure visual consistency across all products.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and design solutions that meet user and business needs.
• Feedback and Iteration: Gather and incorporate feedback from users and team members. Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
• Stay Current: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience as a mid to senior-level UI/UX specialist.
• Strong research skills and experience with wireframes and prototypes using tools like InVision, Adobe, Zeplin.
• Focused on improving websites through best-in-class UI/UX practices and competitor analysis.
• Proven expertise in digital design and understanding of design flows, user journeys, and interactions.
• Proficiency in efficient design practices and design tools; experience with Sketch and Adobe XD is a plus.
• Problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to validate user input and ensure it aligns with backend development requirements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Mid to senior-level experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and expertise.
• Proficiency in design tools and a solid understanding of current design trends and best practices.
