Home Ownership & Commercial Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Home Ownership Officer to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with homeowners, leaseholders and commercial tenants. You'll manage a varied portfolio of home ownership and commercial properties, ensuring customers receive an efficient, professional and customer-focused service while helping to maximise income, minimise void losses and deliver value for money. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll play a key role in supporting customers, managing leasehold services, ensuring compliance with legislation and contributing to the continuous improvement of our Home Ownership service.
