As the Collision Repair Digital Sales Leader for the 3M Automotive Aftermarket Division (AAD) in Spain, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading 3M’s digital sales activities in Spain collision repair markets.
  • Defining and implementing the future organisation and sales structure in the region.
  • Driving digital engagement and commercial execution to accelerate sales growth.
  • Leveraging digital tools and analytics to enhance customer experiences and sales efficiency.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximise sales and market penetration.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors and end-users.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

  • Broad understanding of the collision repair industry from varied roles or perspectives.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com or other CRM tools for activity tracking, opportunity pipeline and customer management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix structure and manage complexity.
  • Experience in inventory management or digital solutions in an industrial setting.
  • Growth mindset and a track record of delivering measurable sales results.
  • Fluency in English

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels, from the boardroom to the shop floor.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a competitive and results-driven mindset.
  • Well-organized self-starter with excellent time management capabilities.

  • Work location: This role has a field-based working model, with the employee being asked to be present for onboarding, training and onsite meeting purposed in the office at 3M Center, located in Madrid.
  • Travel expectations: May include up to 70-80% domestic travel for the first 6-12 months.
  • Working pattern: full time
