This role supports documentation, data management, and operational activities related to PLM processes for Structure Specifications, Material Specifications, and Pack Standard product lines. The position ensures accurate and timely maintenance of product specifications and supports cross‑functional tasks involving Engineering, Design Operations, Procurement, and Global MCE. Information for PLM documentation will be provided by Genimex, while work instructions and training will be supplied by BSC Manufacturing. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective coordination with global stakeholders, and consistent adherence to established workflows.
Packaging Engineering GSC Analyst will report to the Packaging Engineering Supervisor
The GSC Philippines Enterprise Packaging Engineering Team will be overseen by the Global Packaging Manager, with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Strategic Ops GSC Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage all PLM documentation for SS, MS, and PS based on information provided by Genimex
- →Maintain supplier specifications in PLM and product specifications in Business Vault
- →Complete Design Operations tasks in BLUE and PLM
- →Submit Engineering Work Requests (EWRs) to Division Engineering
- →Create Shopping Carts and perform invoice confirmations in SAP
- →Support Global MCE‑related tasks as assigned
- →Follow work instructions and training provided by BSC Manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Good communication skills for cross‑functional coordination
- Ability to follow structured processes and work instructions
- Problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in documentation and data management
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Requirements
~1 min read- A Bachelor level university/college degree is generally required, or higher level of education.
- 1-3 years of related job experience
- Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI Reporting is a plus.
- Good command of the English Language (verbal and written).
- Problem solving requires the use of judgment, research, and analytic skills to determine possible solutions and make appropriate choices and decisions.
- Ability to perform tasks through independent work and applying judgment, while collaborating in a Team Environment.
- Able to work under pressure, independently, and with a team.
- Experience with PLM systems (preferred)
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred)
- Familiarity with product documentation workflows is an advantage
- Background in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering support, or related functions is beneficial
