Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support setting up new accounts and managing product access, as well as supporting partners with bulk/pre-sell orders digitally or via the phone
- →Accurately upload and push-through orders into the system
- →Generate reports using Microsoft Excel
- →Help to resolve delivery and order queries from our wholesale partners
- →Collaborate with teams and colleagues across the wider business to make sure we’re giving a great service to our partners

- Experience managing relationships with customers and other partners
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, with an interest in developing more advanced skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Self-motivation and the ability to work to your own initiative
- Good organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
