Responsibilities
~1 min read• Translate key information from buyers and marketing teams to create and maintain customer centric planograms using JDA software
• Evaluate effectiveness of merchandising planograms, in terms of sales, profit and customer availability to ensure effective use of micro space.
• Manage multiple range reviews so that critical milestones are delivered on time and aligned to category strategies.
• Improve operational efficiency and customer experience through planograms
• Support ongoing projects in the Merchandising team
• Work cross functionally with Commercial, Supply Chain and Store operations teams to ensure successful planogram implementation to deliver continuous improvement
• A strong understanding of space planning principles ideally with experience using space planning tools and category management
• Great analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Commercially minded, with the ability to balance customer goals with business needs
• A talent for building strong relationships with partners across the business, able to challenge
• The ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle conflicting priorities
• Solid Excel skills, able to perform advance functions and formulas
• Strong presentation skills
