Driver Requirements & Screening

• Experience Baseline: At least 6 months of documented tractor-trailer experience behind the wheel.
  
• Medical Clearance: Must successfully pass a standard Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
  
• Substance Testing: Required to clear both a standard DOT urine drug screen and a hair follicle test prior to joining the fleet.
  

The Lifestyle & Schedule

• Home Time: Back home every single day, paired with a solid 48-hour reset and the same two consecutive days off week after week.
  
• The Runs: Dedicated regional routes across Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
  
• Shift Details: Expect 11 to 14-hour shifts averaging between 1,600 and 1,700 miles weekly in modern slip-seat day cabs.
  
• Operational Reality: Because this is an around-the-clock retail network, flexibility for overnight driving, weekends, and holidays is part of the routine.
  
• Commute Note: You’ll need dependable private transportation to get to and from the distribution yard each day.
  

Pay & Earnings Potential

• Weekly & Annual Take-Home: Averages $1,400+ weekly, with top drivers pushing past $1,800 a week and clearing $70,000 to $95,000+ annually.
  
• Flexible Pay Structure: You are paid on whatever turns out higher for you—experience-based CPM starting at $0.56 (0–6 months) scaling up to $0.63 (10+ years), or fixed mileage bands ($40 for short runs up to $90 for 201–225 miles).
  
• Stop Pay: An extra $20 tacked on for every stop you make.
  
• Sign-On Bonus ($2,500 Total): Payouts roll out gradually across your first 6 months: $250 on your first load; $250 at 30, 60, 120, and 150 days; $500 at day 90; and a final $750 milestone at day 180.
