  • Weekly driver averages hit $2,250 on 5,000 miles, with annual ceilings over $116,500.

• DISPATCH & LANE LOGISTICS
  • Run preassigned, customer-planned weekly lanes across all 48 states (very rare NY runs).
  • 100% drop-and-hook freight paired with company trailers.
  • Teams must reside within a 100-mile radius of one another.
• QUALIFICATIONS & COMPLIANCE
  • Candidates need to show a baseline of at least 3 months of OTR background within the prior 3-year window.
  • Strict screening requires passing a DOT physical, a urine drug screen, and a hair follicle drug test.
  • Professional patience and strong customer service skills are essential.
