You start at a solid $18.00 per hour base rate, averaging between $1,200 and $1,400 gross per week ($62,400 to $72,800+ annually).

On top of your hourly wage, your earnings are stacked with extra incentives:

• +$0.25/hr raise automatically unlocked at 6 months by keeping a clean safety, attendance, and injury-free record

This is a high-stamina, physical job delivering groceries to retail stores across Arizona, logging roughly 1,000 miles a week. You will be handling freight directly using manual pallet jacks, alongside a balanced mix of live unloads, drop-and-hook operations, and load assistance. Expect shifts to run 10+ hours, involving a mix of driving, walking, and physical maneuvering.
