We are seeking reliable, hard-working Class A CDL drivers for a high-paying, physical regional account operating out of Cowpens, SC. If you want predictable lanes, steady work year-round, and top-tier weekly pay, this dedicated fleet is a great fit.

• Average Pay: $1,672 per week ($86,962 annual average).
• Top Performers: Up to $2,020 per week ($105,023+/year).
• Mileage Pay: $0.70 to $0.84 CPM based on verifiable experience (~1,004 miles/wk).
• Unload Pay: $320 per load (averaging 3 loads weekly).
• Mentor Rate: $175/day during your 5-day onboarding period.
• Summer Bonus: Up to $2,000 extra per bonus period.

• Freight Type: 100% Dry Freight (retail products).
• Unload Process: Touch freight required—hand-unloading dry goods at store locations using gravity roller conveyors.
• Lanes Covered: SC, NC, GA, AL, TN, KY, VA, WV, and OH.
• Work Schedule: 6-day work week (Choose a Sunday–Friday or Monday–Saturday shift).
• Home Time: Guaranteed weekly 34-hour DOT reset (Friday night into Saturday or Saturday night into Sunday).

• Yard Access: Secure truck parking available at the Cowpens, SC terminal.
• Take-Home Option: Drivers living outside the local yard zone can take their equipment home with a safe, pre-approved parking location.
• Must Live Within:
  • 120 miles of Mount Airy, NC
  • 50 miles of Lexington, KY
  • 50 miles of Knoxville, TN
  • 50 miles of Chattanooga, TN
  • 25 miles of Roanoke, VA

• Valid Class A CDL with up-to-date DOT Medical Card.
• Minimum 3+ months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
• Clean 3-year MVR (no major safety violations).
• Must clear standard DOT drug testing (urine & hair), Clearinghouse verification, and employment background checks.
