• Route Scope & Yard Guidelines: Operate within a 500-mile radius of Van Nuys, CA, staying strictly intra-CA. Drivers living in Lodi will park at the Sacramento yard and commute from home; trucks cannot be taken home. All drivers must attend orientation in Colton.
• Schedule & Home Time: Monday through Saturday workweek running North to South multiple times weekly, netting 2 to 3 days home weekly.
• Mileage & Pay Breakdown: Average 1,833 miles per week. Experience-based pay ranges from 0.74 cpm to 0.78 cpm. This nets an estimated weekly average of $1,386 ($72,072 annualized), with top earners pulling $1,461 weekly ($75,972 annualized).
• Freight Characteristics: Most loads are preloaded and no-touch, though drivers are responsible for ensuring legal/good condition and strapping down pallets.
• Mandatory Screening & Qualifications: Requires 3 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 12 months (or equivalent 10-year road history). Must pass a DOT physical, urine screen, and hair follicle drug test.
