Looking for a dedicated regional line that pays top dollar for hard work? We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated retail account operating out of northern Mississippi. This route combines steady mileage pay with strong per-load unload compensation—giving you total control over your weekly earnings.

• Weekly Pay Range: $1,300 – $1,700 average gross per week
• Calculated Annual Earnings: $67,600 – $88,400 per year
• Compensation Structure: $0.50 CPM for all miles driven + $200 per trailer unload + $25 per stop ($40 short-haul rate on loads under 100 miles)
• Target Mileage: 1,000 – 1,700 consistent weekly miles
• Weekly Performance Bonus: Additional $100/week for maintaining 5-day availability without safety incidents or service delays
• Freight & Handling: 100% manual hand-unload dry van freight
• Home Time Schedule: Out during the week, returning home once weekly for your 34-hour reset
• Route Environment: Day and night dispatches with weekend runs required (drivers are typically off for calendar holidays)

• Licensing Requirements: Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License and a current DOT medical certificate. Minimum age requirement is 21.
• Experience Baseline: Welcoming trainees with 0 months experience (must hold a valid CDL-A) as well as experienced solos with 6+ months tractor-trailer time in the last 12 months (or 12 months in the past 5 years). Local driving time counts fully.
• Hiring Location: Must live within 50 miles of Olive Branch, Mississippi, or designated hiring zip codes across Mississippi and Tennessee.
• Physical Standard: Must be physically capable of performing repeated manual trailer unloads (handling materials weighing 50 to 75 pounds).
• Background & Testing: MVR must reflect no severe preventable collisions over the last 5 years, with job tenure showing no more than 4 driving employers in the trailing 12 months. Mandatory completion of pre-employment hair follicle and urine DOT drug screenings (Non-SAP compliant).
