Dedicated Local CDL-A Driver (No-Touch Retail) – Earn ~$1,800/Wk ($5,000 Bonus)

Competitive Weekly Income: Earn an average of ~$1,680 to $1,915+ per week ($87k – $100k yearly earnings target).
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus: First bonus payout triggers right after your very first dispatch.
Activity-Based Pay System:
- $0.60 – $0.61 CPM mileage rate (~2,185 avg weekly miles)
- $45.00 – $55.00 per live stop
- $35.00 – $40.00 per drop/hook
- $345.00/day Holiday Pay (6 paid holidays per year)
- $325.00 – $400.00/day for off-account support work
- $25.00/hr detention pay after 2 hours
Full Insurance & Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision after 30 days, Day 1 PTO accrual, 401(k) company match, 2 weeks paid parental leave, and safety incentives.

Daily Home Time: Return home every day after your shift.
Work Week: Tuesday through Saturday schedule (Mandatory 6th day leading into holiday rushes).
Dispatch Times: Early morning launch between 12:01 AM and 03:00 AM.
Route Coverage: 250-mile operating radius out of Mehoopany, PA, delivering to retail locations across CT, DE, ME, MD, NH, NJ, NY (including NYC boroughs like Queens & Brooklyn), PA, VA, and WV.

License & Experience: Valid Class A CDL with 3+ months of tractor-trailer experience.
No-Touch Freight: 100% no-touch loading/unloading using 48' & 53' dry van trailers.
Fleet Rules: Automatic Day Cabs remain at the facility (no take-home equipment, no riders, no pets). Daily commuting vehicle required.
