Step into a role that blends teamwork, hands-on execution, and leadership. As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work side by side with the Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, build a high energy store environment, and uphold the standards that define a 5.11 store. You’ll lead by example, tackle challenges head-on, and support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• →Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• →Support store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visuals.
• →Maintain high standards throughout the store, ensuring customer focus, compliance, and operational excellence.

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience with a focus on developing and motivating teams.
• Ability to support daily operations, manage priorities, and deliver results.
• A drive for teamwork, problem-solving, and maintaining high standards.

• Passion for tactical, outdoor, or fitness gear.
