We are seeking a Power BI Developer with 3-6 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy solutions that drive business efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building apps, automating processes, and creating data visualizations to support our organization's digital transformation goals.

PowerApps Development

• →Design and develop user-friendly Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
• →Integrate apps with various data sources including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and APIs.
• →Implement business logic and user experience best practices.
  
  

Power Automate

• →Develop and optimize cloud flows and business process flows.
• →Implement basic RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop.
• →Manage and monitor automated workflows, implementing robust error handling.

Power BI

• →Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• →Create data models and write basic DAX expressions.
• →Proven ability to reverse-engineer existing Power BI dashboards, dataflows, datasets, dependencies, and embedded business logic.
• →Strong SQL skills with experience translating M and DAX logic into warehouse views, tables, and reusable transformations.
  
  

AI & Innovation

• →Incorporate AI Builder models into Power Apps and Power Automate flows to add intelligence.
• →Stay updated with new Power Platform features, including Copilot capabilities.
  
  

Qualifications:-

• →3-6 years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• →Proficiency in building both Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
• →Experience with Dataverse, including table design and security roles.
• →Strong experience integrating with services like SharePoint Online, SQL, and external APIs.
• →Knowledge of the solution management process (ALM).
• →Preferred Skills
• →Experience with Power Pages for building external-facing websites.
• →Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• →Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
