We are seeking a highly accomplished Engineering Manager to lead the delivery and incubation of innovative products and solutions within our Innovation Product Development organization.
This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned professional who has successfully transitioned from a strong software engineering foundation and possesses a passion for building next-generation products, platforms, and AI-driven solutions.
The successful candidate will serve as the bridge between product vision, technical architecture, and engineering execution, collaborating closely with product, AI, data, and cloud engineering teams to transform ideas into scalable business solutions.
This role combines technical depth, program leadership, innovation, and product thinking to drive high-impact initiatives from concept through production.
Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate emerging technologies, accelerate product development, and ensure predictable delivery while balancing innovation, speed, quality, and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Partner with business leaders, product teams, architects, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for innovative products, platforms, and AI-driven solutions.
- Drive innovation initiatives from ideation, discovery, and proof-of-concept through MVP development and production deployment.
- Facilitate product discovery workshops to define business problems, use cases, success metrics, and technical feasibility.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, market trends, and technical approaches to identify opportunities that create measurable business value.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, define MVP scope, and accelerate time-to-market.
- Contribute to the creation of reusable accelerators, frameworks, and intellectual property that enhance delivery efficiency and innovation capabilities.
- Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions and recommend technology strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term product vision.
- Lead product incubation initiatives and guide solutions from concept through MVP, production deployment, and customer adoption.Advise engineering teams on system design, architecture decisions, and technical strategies.
- Direct execution across modern technology stacks including backend, frontend, cloud-native platforms, data solutions, and AI-powered applications.
- Enforce engineering best practices, maintain high quality standards, and champion scalable architectures.
- Review technical designs and implementation approaches to ensure scalability, security, maintainability, and performance.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to remove technical blockers and accelerate delivery.
- Actively participate in architecture reviews, technical trade-off discussions, and solution design evaluations across engineering teams.
Requirements
~1 min read- 8–15 years of combined experience in software engineering, technical leadership, product development, and program delivery.
- Strong foundation as a Software Developer, Engineer, Technical Lead, Architect, or Engineering Manager (must-have).
- Proven experience leading complex technical programs and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
- Experience driving innovation initiatives, product incubation efforts, or new solution development programs.
- Demonstrated success taking products, platforms, accelerators, or AI solutions from concept through MVP development, production launch, and business adoption.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Product Delivery, Product Engineering Leadership, or Engineering Leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience owning architecture discussions, system design reviews, and technical decision-making in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Experience building AI-native products, intelligent automation platforms, or GenAI-enabled business solutions.
- Experience working with AI Agents, RAG frameworks, Vector Databases, LLM platforms, or Agentic AI solutions.
- Experience building reusable platforms, accelerators, frameworks, or internal intellectual property.
- Background working within innovation labs, incubation teams, startup environments, consulting organizations, or product-focused companies.
- Experience working closely with Product Owners, Architects, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and Business Stakeholders in innovation-driven organizations.
- Proven hands-on experience in Backend development (Python preferred, Java, Node.js, or similar technologies).
- Experience with modern application architectures and scalable distributed systems.
- Strong theoretical and practical understanding of System Design and Solution Architecture.
- Experience designing and building scalable distributed systems, Microservices, APIs, and cloud-native applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience working with Data Engineering, Analytics Platforms, Data Pipelines, or Enterprise Data Solutions.
- Hands-on exposure to Generative AI, LLM integrations, AI Agents, RAG architectures, Vector Databases, or AI-native product development is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps principles, cloud-native architectures, and modern software development practices.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, MVP creation, customer-centric solution development, and product incubation.
- Ability to evaluate business problems and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience working in ambiguous environments and driving clarity through structured execution.
- Ability to balance innovation, experimentation, and delivery commitments.
- Experience evaluating multiple technical approaches and making build-versus-buy recommendations.
- Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes through technology innovation.
