Monetization Analyst - In-App Advertising (IAA)

• →Monitor and analyze advertising monetization performance across mobile applications.
• →Track and report key KPIs including eCPM, ARPDAU, ARPU, Fill Rate, Match Rate, and Ad LTV.
• →Identify opportunities to improve advertising revenue through data analysis.
• →Configure and optimize ad placements and mediation settings under established strategies.
• →Execute A/B tests and analyze experiment results.
• →Develop dashboards and prepare regular performance reports.
• →Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to support monetization initiatives.
• →Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging ad monetization practices.
• →Ensure advertising implementations comply with Google Play and App Store policies.

• →Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• →2–4 years of experience in mobile app monetization, digital advertising, or mobile analytics.
• →Experience with Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX, LevelPlay (IronSource), or similar mediation platforms.
• →Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• →Familiarity with Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar analytics tools.
• →Understanding of mobile advertising formats and mediation concepts.
• →Experience conducting A/B testing and performance analysis.
• →Strong communication and presentation skills.
