Are you passionate about crafting exceptional team member experiences? Do you thrive at the intersection of strategy, culture, and operational rigor? Are you eager to help build a mission-driven company that's changing how the best product builders work, on their own terms, from anywhere in the world? If that resonates, we'd love to talk.

A.Team is the AI-Native Systems Integrator transforming business realities. Our platform precisely assembles elite tech talent and agentic systems that deliver real value before traditional SIs finish their slide decks. We've helped over 500 organizations, including Lyft, McGraw Hill, and Grindr, build their future faster through an AI-driven platform that precision-matches initiatives with experts from our network of 11,000+ pre-vetted engineers, data scientists, and product leaders. Backed by $60M from Insight Partners and supported by Adam Grant and Jay-Z's Roc Nation, we're on a mission to empower passionate builders to do the work they care about. Learn more at a.team.

As our People Partner, you'll be the connective tissue between our people and our business. You'll partner directly with managers and team members across the US, Israel, and Europe to build healthy teams, raise the bar on performance, and create clarity where a fast-moving company needs it most. This is a broad, hands-on role reporting to our COO. You'll own the day-to-day People experience while helping shape the systems, rhythms, and culture that let a ~60-person company scale well.

You're a mid-senior People professional who's equal parts empathetic and operationally sharp. You've partnered with managers through real moments, hard conversations, org changes, performance, growth, and you're just as comfortable building the process behind them. You thrive in ambiguity, move with judgment, and care deeply about doing right by both the team and the business.
