Associate Dentist

ASSOCIATE DENTIST General Practice Seeking a Dentist who has a passion to help the community by providing dental services in a Denti-Cal based office that doesn't operate a clinical practice but as private practice for Denti-Cal patients (Also accepts other insurances). This office also accepts other insurance, so it is a healthy mixture of insurance base patients. Associate Dentist will be able comfortable and confident to perform the following dental procedures: Crown & Bridge,Root Canal Therapy. Also, the Associate Dentist will be responsible for completing basic dental procedures. The associate Dentist must have excellent communication and the ability to confidently deliver patient education on the treatment that is being diagnosed. RESPONSIBILITIES • Comprehensive examinations and diagnosis • Treatment planning and case presentation • Restorative dentistry • Crown and bridge procedures • Root canal therapy preferred • Preventive dentistry • Emergency treatment as needed • Patient education and communication • Accurate clinical documentation • Collaboration with clinical and administrative team members CULTURE: Outcome Oriented People Oriented Tuesday 9 AM–5 PM Wednesday 9 AM–5 PM Thursday 9 AM–5 PM Friday 9 AM–5 PM Saturday Closed Sunday Closed Monday 9 AM–5 PM 3-4 Days a week Requirements • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school • Active California Dental License in good standing • Current DEA Registration • Current CPR/BLS Certification • Strong communication and patient relationship skills • Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care FAMILIARITY WITH • Open Dental • Dexis Digital Radiography • Sybron Endodontic System • Scotchbond Restorative System
