Duties and responsibilities include the inspection of machined parts, finished assemblies, and received parts and castings consistent with established standards.

Responsibilities

→ Inspection of parts and assemblies produced throughout the facility using gages, calipers, and other measurement devices.
→ Daily QA checks such as leak tests, torque machine and grease applicators, taper checks, and groove checks.
→ Inspection of incoming materials.
→ Participate in work center process audits.
→ Inspection and calibration of gages and tools being used.
→ Perform SPC and CMM checks.
→ Assist with training of proper inspection techniques to production co-workers.

Qualifications

→ High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
→Strong organizational and communication skills
→Team Player
