Workplace Experience Intern (New York)

A24 is looking for a part-time, in-office intern to support the Workplace Experience team starting September 2026 -- must be available up to 15 hours per week.

This internship is based in our New York office.

• →Handle all aspects of reception including greeting external office guests, handling office phones & direct messages to staff, and assisting with general office email inbox
• →Ensure office spaces are well maintained & stocked - including but not limited to: mail room, merch room, kitchenette and library
• →Assist with in-office events
• →Package and send various shipments
• →Mail distribution
• →Run errands as needed and ad hoc projects

• Willingness to work in office 3 days per week
• Front desk experience is a plus
• Interest in HR/People Ops/Office Management
• Personable, social, and enthusiastic
• Humble, diligent and resourceful
